Not medical advice

FitYourWeek is a scheduling tool that helps you plan around the 150-minutes-per-week aerobic exercise targets published by the WHO, CDC, AHA, and Harvard Health. It is not medical advice and does not replace talking to your doctor — especially if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are starting exercise after a long break.

Your account

You can sign up with email and password or with Google or Apple. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity in your account. Don't share an account with someone else — make them their own; it's free.

Third-party connections

If you connect Strava, you authorize FitYourWeek to read your activities so completed workouts count toward your weekly target. You can disconnect at any time from Settings. Your use of Strava remains subject to Strava's own terms.

Pricing

FitYourWeek is currently free. If that changes, existing users will be notified by email before any plan starts charging.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Use your judgment. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you feel unwell during a workout.
