FitYourWeek

The story

I'm a 40-something dad in Brooklyn. I have friends who seemed to be doing everything right — closing their activity rings, hitting 10,000 steps, playing pickup basketball on weekends. But they were still dealing with health issues their doctors were flagging.

When I dug in, the answer wasn't that they were lazy. It was that they couldn't find the time for real aerobic blocks. The WHO, CDC, and AHA all recommend 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise per week. Doing the workout isn't the hard part — carving 30 honest minutes out of a packed calendar is.

So I built FitYourWeek: a tool that looks at the calendar you actually have, finds the windows that exist, and slots real workouts into them. The 150 minutes is the goal; finding the time is the product.

Right now, FitYourWeek is completely free while I get things off the ground. No credit card, no upsells, no gamified pressure. Just a straightforward way to fit fitness into a real week.
