The story
FitYourWeek was built by a 40-something dad who thought he was doing fine. He ran a couple of times a week, hit his ring on the Apple Watch most days, and generally felt okay.
Then his doctor asked how many moderate aerobic minutes he was actually getting. The answer was... less than it looked. Standing, steps, and even a casual round of golf don't count the way a 30-minute run does. The WHO, CDC, and AHA all recommend 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise per week. Most people aren't close.
So he built FitYourWeek: a tool that schedules real workouts into your real calendar, counts the minutes honestly, and helps you build a habit that actually moves the needle on your health.
Right now, FitYourWeek is completely free while we get things off the ground. No credit card, no upsells, no gamified pressure. Just a straightforward way to hit the target that actually matters.
