FitYourWeek is run by an independent developer, not a venture-funded company. The goal of this policy is to be readable, not lawyered.
What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address and a password hash, or — if you sign in with Google or Apple — the basic profile info (email, name) those providers return. Inside the app we store the workout schedule data you create: your available time slots, scheduled and completed sessions, and your prep, travel, and cooldown preferences.
Strava (optional)
If you connect Strava, we store the OAuth tokens needed to read your activities and a copy of activity summaries (name, sport type, start time, duration, distance) so completed workouts can count toward your weekly target. You can disconnect Strava at any time from Settings, which deletes the stored tokens and synced activities.
Analytics & error tracking
We use PostHog for product analytics (which pages and features get used) and Sentry to capture errors so we can fix bugs. Both are configured to avoid collecting unnecessary personal data. We don't run advertising pixels and we don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
We send transactional email (sign-in, password reset, account notifications) via a third-party email provider. We don't send marketing email; every non-essential message includes an unsubscribe link.
Storage
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase via Lovable Cloud) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
Deleting your account
Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete your account and all associated data (profile, settings, schedule, synced activities, Strava tokens) within a few business days.
